2025/2026 River Cree Hockey League Season Recap


This was my 17th season playing in a men’s ice hockey league and my 12th with the Edmonton Rangers. We finished third place out of seven teams in division 24/27.  

I played in 5/28 games and had 0 Goals & 2 Assists for 2 points 
 
I had a fun time playing with our team because we have a good team and my best friends are on the team. I didn’t play any games after December. I hurt my back and was not able to play. The late games affected my sleep.


* In total for my career I have played 17 seasons of ice hockey in mens league and I have played 356 regular season games with 151 Goals & 167 Assists for 318 points. I have played 25 play off games with 10 Goals & 13 Assists for 23 points. I have played in one tournament and played 5 games with 5 Goals & 4 Assists for 9 points.

Sun 19th, Run to Millwoods Ravine (Zone 3/4) for 38 minutes Average heart rate =153 Max =183 Elevation gain 135 feet. Km's 4.5

Sun 12th, Spin @ Home (Zone 2) for 1 hour & 40 minutes Average heart rate =130 Max =147, Km's 43
