5 Peaks Trail Running Race 2025 @ Whitemud Park

Sunday June 1st, I finished 14th place out of 21 in the Men aged 40-49 category and overall 116th out of 232 Results. It took me 1 hour & 5 minutes to complete 1 lap and a total of 8 km's long. The total Elevation gain was 486 feet. My average heart rate was 182 bpm and max was 196 bpm.

I felt good today and did my best. I really enjoyed the course because in the first 3.5 kms it was on the gravel trail so it let everyone spread out before we did the black diamond single track trail. At the 6.3 km mark there was over 100 hundred stairs to climb up.

The temperature was 15 C. I would like to thank all the volunteers and 5 Peaks for putting on such a great race.

I’m in all blue
