Run For Women Race 2023 @ Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park


Saturday May 27th, I finished 53rd place out of 1,305 overall & 3rd place out of 47 in my category age 40 to 49 Results It took me 29 minutes for a total of 5 kms. Average heart rate =186 Max =200 The total elevation gain was 128 feet. 

This was my first running race since grade eight. My mom came out to cheer me on and it gave me a huge boost of energy. It was sunny & 26 degrees C beautiful day for a race. I emptied out the tank and gave it everything that I had today. I had a great time today.

Sun 14th, Run to Millwoods Ravine for 1 hour Average heart rate =154 Max =187 Elevation gain 95 feet. Km's 7

Sat 13th, MTB ride @ Gold Bar Park for 2 hrs & 6 mins Average heart rate =161 Max =190 Elevation gain 1,020 feet. Km's 20

Sat 6th, Run to school field for 43 minutes with Mom Average heart rate =135 Max =166 Elevation gain 69 feet. Km's 5
