Wednesday 16,  Work out, 30 mins on the bike max heart rate 181. 40mins on legs & core.

Saturday 12,  Work out, 30 mins on the bike max heart rate 175. 1hr working on legs, core & arms. Weight=172

Saturday 5,  Power skating and hockey skills level 2 @ River Cree rink, class # 1
