AMHL 2011/12 (game # 17)

Sunday Jan 22nd, @ 4:30 , K of C arena, Global Devils vs. Invaders ( L 3-2 ) We lost to the second place Invaders in a close fought game. They scored with four minutes left in the third period to take the lead. I feel that the turning point was in the third period I had an open net and the goalie dove back to rob me of a sure goal.

AMHL 2011/12 (Game # 16)

Sunday Jan 15th, @ 11:45am, Argyll arena, Global Devils vs. Tommy's Transport ( W 4-1 ) We played a great game. Phil P had 2A. Both Vincent F & Blair S had 1G 1A. Bobby D had the game winner.
Dave S made big saves when he had to including a stop off a breakaway.

Sunday Jan 8th, @ 11:45am, Argyll arena, Global Devils vs. Molson Seven's ( W 3-2 ) We hung on to this close hockey game. Dave S came up with huge saves. Adam M & Dennis H both with two assists each. Blair S with 1G 2A and Vincent F with two goals.

Wednesday 25th, Cross country skiing # 2 (skate style) for 1hr 30mins @ Strathcona Wilderness Centre.

Saturday 21st, Cross country skiing # 1 (skate style) for 1hr 15mins @ Strathcona Wilderness Centre.

Monday 16th, Spin # 5 @ home, 1 hour 10mins, avg heart rate 138 max 166, 33 km's, current weight=167

Thursday 12th, Spin # 4 @ home, 1 hour 5mins, avg heart rate 142 max 173, 29 km's

Tuesday 10th, Spin # 3 @ home, 1 hour 5mins, avg heart rate 139 max 165, 29 km's

Saturday 7th, Hockey @ Crawford Plains outdoor rink for 1 hour with Javin & James.

Wednesday 4th, Spin # 2 @ home, 1 hour, avg heart rate 133 max 166, 23 km's

Monday 2nd,  Spin # 1 @ home, 1 hour, avg heart rate 157 max 180, 24 km's
