Thursday 25th, Lane Swimming @ Kinsmen Sports Centre for 45mins, did 1,000 metres. Went to gym for 45mins, worked on legs.

Tuesday 23rd, Lane Swimming @ Kinsmen Sports Centre for 45mins, did 1,000 metres. Went to gym for 45mins, worked on legs. Weight=161

Saturday 20th, Hockey practice with my Garbage Goals NCHL team for 1hr 40mins.

Sunday 7th, MTB ride @ Mill Creek Ravine for 1hr 40mins. Kms 20
