Thu 27th, Cross Country Skiing (Classic style) @ Strathcona Wilderness Centre with Mom for 1hr 30mins. Average heart rate =127 Max =170, Elevation gain 147 ft. Km's 7

Sun 23rd, Cross Country Skiing (Classic style) @ Goldbar Park for 45 minutes. Average heart rate =152 Max =188, Elevation gain 193 ft. Km's 6

Sat 22nd, Cross Country Skiing (Skate style) @ Goldbar Park for 45 minutes. Average heart rate =168 Max =186, Elevation gain 142 ft. Km's 6

Sun 16th, Went to gym @ the Meadows for 35 minutes did legs, core, chest & arms. Road the bike for 40 minutes (Zone 1/2), Km's 15

Sat 15th, Cross Country Skiing (Skate style) @ Goldbar Park for 45 minutes. Average heart rate =167 Max =187, Elevation gain 360 ft. Km's 6

Sun 2nd, Went to gym @ the Meadows for 45 minutes did legs, core, chest & arms. Road the bike for 40 minutes (Zone 1/2), Km's 15
