Sat 14th, CX ride to Millwoods Ravine (Zone 2) for 1 hour Average heart rate =139 Max =169 Elevation gain 272 feet. Km's 18

Sat 7th, Worked out at home for 1 hour on core, arms, chest & legs.

Mon 2nd, CX ride @ Argyle Velodrome (Zone 3/4) for 2 hours Average heart rate =161 Max =185 Elevation gain 751 feet. Km's 30
