Fri 23rd, Run to the school field for 37 minutes Average heart rate =150 Max =173 Elevation gain 36 feet. Km's 5.5 

Thu 22nd, Worked out at home for 1 hour on core, arms, chest & legs.

Sat 3rd, Run @ Gold Bar Park for 40 minutes Average heart rate =164 Max =190 Elevation gain 650 feet. Km's 5
