Cooking Lake. I finished 14th/17. I did the C group 55kms and took me 1hr 52mins, heart rate avg=181 max=199. This was my first time doing a road race. I could not keep up with the group and during the first couple kms when I was in the group I did not feel comfortable and the second turn I was dropped. I road solo.
