Thursday 31st, MTB ride @ Kinsmen park for 1hr 30mins. Did hill repeats. Kms 17

Wednesday 30th, MTB group ride from United Cycle to Mill Creek Ravine for 2hrs. Kms 18

Sunday 27th, MTB ride to Mill Creek Ravine for 2hrs 30mins. Kms 34

Saturday 26th, MTB ride @ Terwillegar for 1hr 31mins. Average heart rate =164 max=200, Kms 24

Thursday 24th, MTB ride @ Kinsmen park for 1hr. Kms 14. This was my first ride on my new Trek Superfly100, 29er I bought @ United Cycle. I like the way it handles on the roots and once you get rolling you defiantly roll. It was pretty good on the hills.

Saturday 19th, went to gym, on the bike for 1 hr @ Lawson Civic Centre in Saskatoon. Current weight = 163 pounds.

Saturday 12th, Did a pre lap of the Coulee Cruiser MTB XC race course in Lethbridge for 45mins. Kms 10 

Wednesday 9th, MTB ride @ Kinsmen park for 1hr 25mins. Kms 18

Sunday 6th, MTB ride @ Sun Ridge ski hill for 1hr 30mins, Average heart rate =168 Max=197, Kms 16

Thursday 3rd, MTB ride @ Kinsmen park for 1hr, I road the Canada Cup course. Kms 18

Tuesday 1st, Road ride @ Colchester Hall for 1hr 1min, Average heart rate =148 Max=176, Kms 27
