Sat 29th, Went to gym @ the Meadows for 30 minutes did legs, core & arms. Road the bike for 30 minutes (Zone 1/2), Km's 14

Sun 23rd, Went to gym @ the Meadows for 50 minutes did legs, core & arms. Road the bike for 30 minutes (Zone 1/2), Km's 13 

Sat 22nd, Went to gym @ the Meadows for 45 minutes did legs, core & arms. Road the bike for 45 minutes (Zone 1/2), Km's 20 

Sun 16th, Went to gym @ the Meadows for 45 minutes did legs, core & arms. Road the bike for 45 minutes (Zone 1/2), Km's 18
